Job summary

Unilever in Durban is seeking a Business Admin Support for the Exports function to drive disciplined commercial delivery across BNLE markets. You will coordinate critical customer and distributor processes, convert data into actionable insights and ensure governance across pricing, terms, and budgets.

You will engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enable accurate reporting and timely decision-making, while maintaining high standards of governance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification in business/finance or related field advantageous.
• Min three years’ relevant experience in customer development, category & commercial operations, finance, supply chain or business administration.
• Experience with pricing, claims, trade term agreements, customer investment, reporting and distributor operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial administration across BNLE markets with clear priorities and action logs.
• Maintain merchandising agreements, contracts, trading terms, incentives, extension letters and proof-of-export documents.
• Coordinate price changes, price files and communications; align inputs with multiple teams and resolve discrepancies.
• Validate, process and track pricing, stock, rebates, and other customer claims with complete documentation.
• Maintain TTS, accruals, PO and budget trackers; monitor commitments and reconciliations with Finance.
• Support Joint Business Planning by consolidating targets and milestones into market trackers and reporting.
• Coordinate listings, product information, regulatory certificates, and supplier onboarding with Supply Chain and Master Data.
• Track orders and deliveries, escalating risks and driving closure with internal and external teams.
• Build Excel-based reporting and use Copilot/AI to automate routine tasks and strengthen controls.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across functions to ensure governance and delivery.
