• Experience overseeing export cargo from origin to destination.
• Strong coordination of packing, booking, tracking and dispatch.
• Ability to prepare invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Daily communication with clients, shipping lines and airlines.
• Knowledge of customs laws, Incoterms and international trade rules.
• Maintain accurate logistics tracking software and databases.
• Resolve delays and shipment issues quickly.
• 3–5 years in sea and air freight export operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics, customs and consolidations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight systems (e.g., CargoWise).
• Excellent communication, high attention to detail and problem-solving.
