Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate qualification (MBA) preferred.
• 10+ years in Construction Industries, Mining, Technology Solutions, Equipment Management or related fields.
• 5+ years in connected asset tech, telematics, fleet management or digital solutions.
• 5+ years in customer-facing commercial or sales environments.
• 5+ years in leadership and cross-functional team delivery.

• Achieve annual CI technology revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Increase technology attachment rates on machine sales.
• Grow recurring CI Technology services revenue.
