Network Finance in Midrand is seeking an accomplished technology leader to shape and execute enterprise technology, data, and AI strategies across multiple territories. You will partner with executives to align technology investments with business growth and drive digital transformation.

The role oversees architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, and budgets, building high-performing teams and ensuring uptime and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Technology/IT functions in a complex enterprise.
• Experience managing technology teams, architects, service providers, and outsourced partners.
• Experience in Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, Franchise, or QSR environments.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site technology operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, AI, automation, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience presenting technology strategy and business cases to executive stakeholders.
• Experience operating in multinational and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise technology, data, and AI strategies.
• Lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cyber security, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive standardisation of systems, processes, and data across multiple territories.
• Own enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and data governance.
• Lead AI adoption, governance, and automation programmes.
• Manage technology budgets, contracts, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure operational stability, uptime, security, and compliance across all locations.
• Build and lead high-performing technology teams.
• Partner with executives to align technology investment with business growth objectives
