Barloworld Equipment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive CI technology initiatives across construction, mining, and equipment management sectors. The role focuses on growing revenue, improving customer outcomes, and expanding digital solutions adoption.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, leverage analytics (Power BI and other platforms), and steer strategic programs with strong stakeholder engagement. A robust leadership track record is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Finance or business management is required.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is advantageous.
• Extensive cross-functional leadership and strategic execution experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver annual CI technology revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Increase technology attachment rates on machine sales.
• Grow recurring CI Technology services revenue.
• Improve customer utilization and adoption of CI solutions.
• Show measurable productivity and fleet performance improvements.
• Ensure successful deployment of CI technology programs.
• Improve deployment quality, standardization, and customer satisfaction.
• Reduce CI technology support escalations and issue resolution times.
• Expand CI digital solutions portfolio and opportunities.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Finance or business management.
• Post Graduate qualification, e.g. MBA, will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Industries, Mining, Technology Solutions, Equipment Management, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in connected asset technologies, telematics, fleet management, or digital solutions.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer-facing commercial or sales environments.
• Minimum 5 years’ management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and digital analytics platforms.
