Job summary

ELCB in Cape Town is seeking a Bid | Tender Coordinator to join the Global Consulting firm’s Bid team. You will lead bid development and administration, coordinating with technical and business development colleagues to produce compliant, compelling submissions.

The role requires at least 5 years in bid coordination or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and experience with government and international tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years in bid coordination, grant submission, tendering or bid trawling.
• Knowledge of government and international tendering processes and PFMA/PPPFA regulations.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs/RFPs/RFIs to outline proposals and plans.
• Coordinate proposal kick-offs, schedules, templates and compliance matrices.
• Lead and support development and submission of winning bid responses.
• Maintain bid database and track proposals; provide periodic reports.
