Job summary

Frio Limitada seeks an accomplished HR leader to drive business and HR strategies, aligning departments with organisational goals and inspiring high performance. The role focuses on transforming HR through AI-enabled analytics, governance and strategic workforce planning.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and steward talent development while ensuring compliant, data-driven HR operations across functions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven track record in senior HR leadership and business partnering.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and analytics.
• Experience applying AI responsibly to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives and embed AI Fluency through governance and training.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
• Develop and execute functional strategies, budgets, workforce plans and performance targets.
• Strengthen capability through talent gap analysis, coaching, succession planning and performance management.
• Provide expert HR advice and engage stakeholders to support transformation decisions.
• Leverage HR data, analytics and AI tools to improve engagement and evidence-based insights.
• Lead development and implementation of HR policies and data management processes.
