LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a senior HR leader to head the HR function, shaping plans that align with business objectives. You will partner across a matrixed organization with HR COE leadership and business leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions and strategic support.

The role focuses on driving large-scale transformation, embedding AI fluency, and building trusted relationships while managing people, budgets, and performance.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years of expert-level HR and business leadership experience.
• 3–6 years of managing people and resources to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Experience applying AI responsibly to solve business challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies across the organization.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, embedding AI fluency through change management, training, and governance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
• Develop and execute functional strategies, business plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets.
• Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation.
• Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and data management processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
