Ignite in Cape Town is seeking a German Customer Service Travel Advisor to serve as the main liaison for international travelers. You will manage reservations, flight modifications, and cancellations across phone, web chat, and email channels to ensure smooth journeys for clients.

You will translate complex travel regulations into clear German and English guidance while maintaining high productivity and accuracy, supporting back-office duties in a global travel environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 / Matric diploma.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
12 months in an international contact center or travel industry background.
Criminal background clean; good credit standing.

Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier support via phone, web chat and email across channels.
De-escalate issues with attentive listening and provide practical solutions.
Verify and modify client profiles and flight/holiday itineraries accurately.
Translate travel regulations and procedures clearly in German and English.
Maintain high productivity, accuracy and speed in handling complex requests and back-office tasks.
