Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a German-speaking Recruiter to join our team as a remote role in South Africa. You will source high-quality candidates in life sciences, engage through every stage of the process, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and applicants.

You will conduct screening, use LinkedIn methods with Boolean search, collaborate with Sales Leaders at Meet to refine requirements, and manage Bullhorn to track progress while aiming to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter focused on candidates.
• German language fluency required for workplace and client interactions.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma or technical industries preferred.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent in life sciences using diverse methods.
• Leverage LinkedIn with advanced search techniques to identify candidates.
• Conduct screening calls to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with Meet's Sales Leaders to understand job requirements.
