Job summary
Crew Life At Sea Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Cruise Ship Concierge to manage guest inquiries and service requests for its renowned cruise line, operating remotely from Richards Bay.
You will assist guests with booking shore excursions, dining reservations, special requests, and resolving issues, delivering personalized, proactive support. As the first point of contact for travelers, you will coordinate with onboard teams and vendors, maintain guest records in the CRM, and uphold
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel agent role is essential.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with booking shore excursions, dining, and onboard activities.
