Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Telesales Agent to join a fully remote, weekday-only team. You’ll run high-volume outbound calls to partners, qualify prospects, and drive monthly targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and data quality.

Qualifications

Fluent German is required and all calls are conducted in German.
Experience in outbound sales / telesales, ideally in B2B.
Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications.
Comfortable with structured CRM documentation and data quality.
Available during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
Experience selling to self-employed agents or partners.

Responsibilities

Run high-volume outbound campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.
Pitch the partnership model clearly and confidently, and handle objections in real time.
Qualify interest among prospects and move them to the next step in the process.
Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets.
Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
Share patterns and insights from your calls back with the team.
Follow data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times.
