Placements24 is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our George team in the Western Cape. You will promote and sell our client’s products across George and surrounding areas, conduct product demonstrations, and develop strong customer relationships while steadily achieving sales targets.

You should be a natural salesperson with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective and existing customers in George and surrounding areas to promote and sell products and services.
• Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features relevant to customer needs.
• Develop understanding of product portfolio, industry trends, and competitors.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Manage sales leads from initial contact through closing the sale.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
