Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment seeks an experienced senior manager to lead outsourced property services operations, driving planning, staffing, budgets and SLAs to meet profit targets. You will coordinate across procurement, production, field and technical services, coach teams, monitor performance, and uphold ethical business practices while delivering high-quality service.

• 3 years+ management experience in outsourced property services or client services.
• NQF Level 6 to 7: Degree or Advanced Diploma.
• SAFMA Certified Facilities Supervisor qualification.
• Matric (Senior Certificate) is mandatory.
• Valid South African Driver’s License.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability.

• Execute effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing & decision-making to attain profit targets while ensuring compliance to SLAs.
• Develop & implement strategic plans by studying technological & financial opportunities, presenting assumptions & recommending objectives.
• Ensure realization of objectives through establishing plans, budgets, results measurements, resource allocation & progress review.
• Coordinate efforts across procurement, production, field, and technical services, aligning actions with corporate policies.
• Assign accountabilities, plan, monitor, and foster a culture of information sharing & development opportunities.
• Build & uphold the company image through collaboration with customers, community organizations, employees, and enforcing ethical business practices.
• Maintain quality service by establishing & enforcing organization standards.
• Stay current with industry trends by attending seminars, reviewing publications, and benchmarking global best practices.
• Enhance staff effectiveness through coaching, counseling, and communication of strategies & business objectives.
• Monitor performance regularly, providing coaching, support, and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Manage employee relations, workplace conflicts, and implement corrective actions in line with company policies.
• Oversee capacity building initiatives for subordinate managers
