Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Roodepoort is seeking a General Assistant (Internal Applications Only - Hillfox) to deliver comprehensive customer service in store, assist with merchandising, price labelling and housekeeping within the designated area.

The role requires Grade 10/NQF3 with 1 year related experience or Grade 12 with no experience, English and local language proficiency, valid SA ID or work permit, basic numeracy, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays; you must perform well

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related work experience, or Grade 12 with no related work experience.
Must communicate in English and the dominant local language.
Valid South African ID or work permit.
Ability to perform basic calculations.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Advise and assist Customers on correct products and queries.
Assist with and resolve Customer complaints.
Bulk stock area to be merchandised safely and according to Store layout plan.
Ensure your area is fully merchandised according to Store layout and planograms.
Ensure area is free of obstacles and that customers can move safely in the aisle.
Correct shelf price labelling within area of responsibility.
Complete required checklists when on duty with canteen and toilet schedule.
