Foundever is seeking an AI Product Manager to own a GenAI-powered product, guiding backlogs, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates while aligning with business goals. You’ll work with AI/Design teams and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful CX innovations across regions.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management, strong AI familiarity, and excellent communication in English. It supports a remote work setup with occasional travel and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven track record with AI-powered products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, engineers, QA).

Responsabilités

• Manage the product backlog for GenAI-powered product ensuring items align with roadmap.
• Translate vision into backlog items with ROI and customer value in mind.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and improvement.
• Lead sprint planning, scrums and retrospectives using agile methods.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI and other teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for product-related inquiries and stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify AI innovation opportunities.
