Pencil is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead GenAI-enabled creative production and maintain high visual standards across campaigns. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and Product teams, translating briefs into polished output while ensuring brand integrity.

You will guide multi-channel campaigns, present to clients, and continue to push innovative design workflows in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Art Director or similar, ideally in advertising or digital production (essential).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI creative tools across image, video and design generation (essential).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design tools (essential).
• Comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients (essential).
• A strong eye for visual identity, brand consistency, and craft (essential).
• Please be prepared to showcase your portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver across formats using GenAI tools.
• Translate briefs into output aligned with project objectives and brand identity.
• Support flagship projects to demonstrate Pencil’s product capabilities.
• Juggle multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Brief and review the Creative team’s daily output and ensure quality checks.
• Present to clients on AI creative workflows and outcomes.
• Shape the platform by providing feedback on tools, workflows, and UX.
• Stay current with GenAI/design technologies and propose new workflows.
