Job summary

Foundever, a global CX leader, seeks an AI Product Manager for its GenAI-powered product in the EMEA region. You will own the backlog, drive sprint planning, and partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that align with business goals.

You will shape product strategy, present updates to stakeholders, and navigate a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment across CET time zones. Excellent English required; French/Spanish a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with AI features.
• Proven track record delivering technically challenging products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, software engineers, QA).

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a GenAI-powered product.
• Translate vision and requirements into clearly defined backlog items with ROI focus.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Lead sprint planning, scrums, and retros with Agile methods.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and other teams to deliver on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for product inquiries and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for AI-driven opportunities.
