Qualifications

Significant experience in product ownership, digital product management, HR technology, AI-enabled transformation, employee experience, enterprise technology strategy, or a related role.
Experience shaping technology roadmaps across multiple product or business domains.
Experience translating business needs into product concepts, user journeys, requirements, roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs.

Responsibilities

Own the AI technology roadmap across the P&C / HR technology landscape and drive alignment with business goals.
Shape the AI-enabled employee and manager experience roadmap across the P&C ecosystem.
Collaborate with AI technical leads to translate capabilities into practical product outcomes.
Define MVPs for AI-enabled capabilities to enable rapid validation and value realization.
Ensure AI is embedded into broader P&C architecture and governance standards.
