Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) is required.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical roles with electrical, mechanical and electronics.
• Experience in large-scale retail or commercial/property environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and expense control and manage procurement within budget.
• Manage stock register, issue work orders and monitor service levels.
• Ensure maintenance costs stay below market rates and benchmark against history.
• Lead audits, vendor management and sustainability initiatives.
