Job summary

Network Finance in Randburg is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Leader to head multidisciplinary teams responsible for electrical, mechanical and building services. You will ensure reliability, drive preventative maintenance and oversee asset management across a complex operation.

The role demands GCC (Factories) compliance and 8–10 years of engineering leadership, with proven contractor management and budgeting capabilities to deliver critical upgrades and capital projects.

Qualifications

• GCC (Factories) - Essential.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years' engineering and technical management experience within a complex operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, engineering compliance, maintenance planning and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, standby power generation, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services.
• Drive preventative maintenance and asset management strategies.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, refurbishments, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, health and safety, and engineering regulations.
• Manage contractor performance, service level agreements, and technical budgets.
• Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
