Absa is seeking a high-performing Financial Adviser (FAIS Fit & Proper compliant) to join our Johannesburg-based team. The role offers uncapped commission and a dynamic, results-driven environment.

You will manage client portfolios, source new opportunities, and provide tailored investment, risk, and insurance solutions while ensuring ethical compliance and superior service. You should have a proven sales record, 3–5+ years in advisory roles, a RE5, and a solid network.

Minimum Requirements

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
• RE5 certification (essential)
• Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Established client base (advantageous)
• Strong business development and networking capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Own reliable transport
