Qualifikationen

• Matric and a degree, National Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel, with previous hospitality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, stock management and operating results.
• Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GuestRevu and TripAdvisor guest feedback management.
• Strong leadership, staff training and team management skills.
• Knowledge of labour requirements and disciplinary procedures.
• Valid unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Previous General Manager or Lodge Manager experience in a luxury safari lodge, with a proven track record of improving guest satisfaction, profitability, team performance and operational standards.
