You will meet personal and team sales targets, document all interactions in the CRM, and stay informed about policy changes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in tele-sales or sales environment, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for effective record-keeping and communication.
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to clients' needs.

Responsibilities
