Qualifications

• Tele-sales experience in insurance preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills with empathy.
• Proficient CRM usage for record-keeping and communication.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude handling sensitive topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to discuss funeral insurance options and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Assess clients' needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
