Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diversified fundraising strategy across channels (individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants).
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the fundraising team with clear goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of fundraising events (virtual and in-person).
• Prepare funding proposals, reports, and presentations for donors.
• Monitor fundraising performance and report updates to senior management.
