Background

The Function Manager’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands‑on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Code 8 Drivers License
• Own Vehicle and willing to travel
• Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous
• SAP experience will be preferred
• Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
• Labour relations knowledge and skills
• Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
