Placements24 is seeking a passionate Social Media Community Manager to foster and grow an online community for a Kimberley audience. This fully remote role puts you at the voice of the brand, engaging with followers, moderating conversations, and delivering outstanding customer support across social channels.

You are an excellent communicator, empathetic, proactive, and adept at managing online reputation in a remote setting that values connection and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a friendly tone.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience in customer service or support is beneficial.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, on-brand manner.
• Foster positive relationships with followers and build community.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
• Monitor online conversations and sentiment related to the brand.
• Report on engagement metrics and provide insights for strategy.
