Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will coordinate distributed engineering, product, and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

You will drive Agile practices, manage backlogs, statuses, and risk across Jira/Confluence, and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain velocity in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, full-lifecycle software development projects.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
