Qualificações

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from inception to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor software development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive agile environment.
• Oversee the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement and refine agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular status meetings and reports.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong emphasis on software development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and deliver complex software projects remotely.
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate technical discussions.
• Must be eligible to work remotely and possess a reliable internet connection.
