Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; certifications such as CSM or PMP-Agile are highly desirable.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
