Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in network security, Windows/Linux administration, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with cloud security configurations (AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of threat landscapes, attack vectors, and defensive strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect systems and networks.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Analyze security incidents to determine root causes and impacts.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity best practices to internal teams.
