Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cyber security or network security.
• Hands-on experience with network security devices and concepts (firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain security tools and technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor security alerts and events, performing initial analysis and escalation of incidents.
• Assist in development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and work with IT teams to remediate identified risks.
• Participate in security incident response activities, including investigation and recovery.
• Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, recommending proactive security measures.
