Job summary

Morae Global is seeking a Full Stack Configurator to design, configure, and implement scalable workflow solutions, including document generation, client portals, and reporting tools. You will work with delivery teams and clients to deliver high-quality configurations.

The role is based in Observatory, Cape Town, offering a Hybrid setup (3 days in office) with no remote option. Minimum education is IT/Business Tech or related field; strong SaaS/configuration experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Technology (or equivalent in Law/Accounting with tech exp).
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and solution configuration tools.
• Strong document automation experience using Microsoft Word.
• Experience with workflow configuration tools (Nintex, K2, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of object modelling and relational data concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

About the Role:

Morae Global is seeking an experienced Full Stack Configurator with hands-on expertise in ShareDo or similar workflow and automation platforms. In this role, you will work closely with internal delivery teams and external clients to design, configure, and implement scalable solutions, including workflow automation, document generation, client portals, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology or Business Technology
• OR a qualification in Law, Accounting, or a related field with demonstrated technology project experience

Must-Have Experience:

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or solution configuration tools
• Strong document automation experience using Microsoft Word
• Experience with workflow configuration tools (e.g. Nintex, K2, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of object modelling and relational data concepts
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Consulting background (e.g. KPMG, EY, or similar)
• DocuSign and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system integrations
• JavaScript and/or C# development experience
• CRM or Document Management System (DMS) integrations
• Experience within the legal, insurance, or conveyancing sectors
