Job summary

Morae is looking for a Document Automation Developer to enhance and maintain our legal document library. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality legal documents that meet customer and legislative needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in document automation and legal administration, with strong problem-solving and technical skills. This position is full-time (hybrid, 3 days in the office) based in Observatory, Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in document automation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a legal administration environment.
• Ability to interpret marked-up documents and determine appropriate data structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing legal document library with the Content team.
• Create and automate new documents based on customer requests.
• Conduct testing on all documents to ensure quality.
• Review queries from users and troubleshoot issues.
