Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking an experienced Fuel Station / Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy fuel station in Gauteng. You will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, staff supervision, and health and safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, stock, deliveries, cash handling, and reporting with Excel. You will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while driving continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proven experience as Site Manager / Fuel Station Manager / Operations Manager.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fuel station operations and service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel and MS Office tools.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and drive continuous site performance improvements.
