Job summary

Ever Care Solutions is seeking a reliable Petrol Attendant to join our team in South Africa. You will greet customers, dispense fuel safely, process transactions, and keep the forecourt clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, good communication, basic numeracy, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous petrol station or customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) preferred.
• Experience in a fuel station or customer service advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely into vehicles.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
• Check and top up vehicle fluids on request.
• Check tyre pressure and provide basic vehicle assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of forecourt pumps and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report equipment faults or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and directions.
• Promote fuel station products, services, and special offers.
