OVK is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator in Ladybrand, a permanent role focused on ensuring timely fuel supply across OVK points and coordinating repair and maintenance matters with clear inter-branch communication.

Applicants should have Matric and a relevant post-secondary qualification in logistics or administration; strong Excel and AS400 knowledge is a plus; a valid driver's license and willingness to travel are beneficial.

Qualificações

• Matric or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in logistics, supply chain, administration or technical management is advantageous.
• Experience in scheduling, logistics, fuel operations, or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Good Excel and computer skills; AS400 knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily stock levels of all fuel points with Purchasing Manager.
• Plan and review weekly fuel delivery routes for optimal vehicle utilisation, mileage and transport costs.
• Identify shortages and risks of inventory disruptions and escalate immediately.
• Proactively communicate with branches and point of operation managers about deliveries, delays, exceptions and repairs.
• Register, prioritise, follow up, and administratively close maintenance and repair requests; aim for restoration within 48 hours.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, succession records and management reports.
