Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a customer experience associate in Gauteng. You will greet customers, assist with locating products, manage stock checks, and follow store procedures for opening/closing and merchandising.

The role requires a Grade 12, 1+ year retail experience, and willingness to work weekends. Training and software literacy are expected as part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• A genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency Assessment achieved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of deliveries as per store manual.

Requirements
