Dis-Chem Village Mall Kathu is seeking a Frontshop Assistant to uphold merchandising standards and support customer service at the point of sale. You will ensure stock is on shelves, prices are correct, and transactions are processed accurately.

ESSENTIAL: Grade 12 and up to 6 months retail experience; ADVANTAGE: 1 year retail experience and Retail Business Management certification. Role requires standard retail hours and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate required.
• 0–6 months retail work experience preferred.
• Advantageous: 1 year retail experience and a certification in Retail Business Management.

Aufgaben

• Ensure full product ranges are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock levels and prevent sell-by-date issues.
• Restock merchandise to maximize sales.
• Handle all cash transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Process payments and returns in line with procedures.
• Keep storeroom organized and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and service.
• Adhere to Dis-Chem policies, safety rules, and dress code.
