Job summary

Brights is seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure service standards and resolve customer issues by accurately checking invoices and aligning purchases with receipts. The role involves reconciling invoices, transfers, and delivery notes, maintaining error reports, and participating in stocktakes to prevent losses.

Candidates should have Matric or equivalent credits and security training, with prior experience in a similar role.

• Matric or 120 credits via Intercept courses as stated.
• Grade C in security as required.

Job description

The purpose of this job is to ensure that service standards are met and that customer issues are resolved; this can be achieved through accurate checking of invoices. This will result in securing that an actual item purchased corresponds with the customers receipt, in order to avoid losses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to total of 120 credits
• Grade C in security
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role
• Brights Induction (Service excellence)
• Internal Procedural knowledge
• Ability to take on responsibility, be diligent & handle pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
