Job summary

FNB Community Advisor position in Pretoria is a 12-month hourly-rate contract within the FNB Points of Presence network. You will deliver prompt service, understand customer needs, and process requests efficiently while promoting digital self-service options and achieving sales targets.

The role focuses on customer-centric service, accuracy in operations, and supportive teamwork in a branch setting. Prior experience in customer-facing roles within financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Preferred NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments or financial services

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are understood
• Promote digital/self-service solutions and guide customers to use them
