Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environment.
• Confident, guest-facing personality with excellent people skills.
• Experience with hospitality or reservations software – essential.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Opera or Semper experience advantageous.
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.
• Growth opportunities within the luxury safari lodge.

Responsibilities

• Guest check-ins and check-outs and front office coordination.
• Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times.
• Assist with hosting guest meals, activities, and events when required.
• Manage guest communication, schedules, and daily lodge flow.
• Handle guest records, billing support, and admin tasks.
• Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams.
• Uphold luxury lodge service standards.
