Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily lodge functions.
• Assist in stock control, budget tracking and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Support conservation and sustainability initiatives and safety compliance.
