Job summary

Placements24 partners with a luxurious game lodge near Mahikeng, North West, inviting an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee guest arrivals and departures, run reception and concierge desks, and lead the front office team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will drive guest relations, coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and activities, implement policies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a seamless safari experience in a breathtaking setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in hotel or lodge industry, preferably luxury/safari.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all front office operations including reception, concierge and guest services.
• Ensure efficient handling of guest check-ins and check-outs and inquiries.
• Lead, train and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Develop and implement front office policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and activities to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor front office performance metrics and drive improvements.
