Genpact in South Africa seeks a Front Line Manager for F&A - AP to lead an accounts payable team managing vendor master maintenance, PO processing and invoice resolution. The role includes interviewing new joiners, creating an inspiring team culture, and delivering KPIs.

You will supervise performance, provide coaching, set expectations, and collaborate with sourcing and finance partners. Hybrid work and a fixed-term contract apply.

Job Description
