Job summary

Fruitways, based at the Molteno packhouse in the Grabouw area, is seeking a capable receptionist to represent the company.

Reporting to the HR Practitioner on site, you will manage the switchboard, greet visitors, handle internal correspondence and support general admin tasks.The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 or admin qualification, 2–3 years of reception or admin experience, and strong computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or admin qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in reception or admin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Manage the switchboard, reception area and meeting rooms with courteous professionalism.
• Control and issue stationery and office supplies.
• Perform general admin duties including HR data capture and purchase orders.
• Oversee office cleaning scheduling and Food Safety system filing.
