Qualifications

4+ years of field sales experience in International Freight Forwarding.
Strong network and deep familiarity with Johannesburg's commercial hubs.
Mastery of Incoterms 2020, customs procedures, and SA regulatory frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

Strategic Market Expansion: identify high-value field sales opportunities in Greater Johannesburg and convert cold leads to partners.
Solution Architecture: design end-to-end international supply chain solutions leveraging ocean, inland, and air cargo networks.
Portfolio Leadership: manage and grow a geographic portfolio with retention, upselling, and regional targets.
Advisory & Compliance: provide data-driven insights on air market trends, freight rates, and trade compliance.
High-Stakes Negotiation: lead negotiations for long-term service agreements and spot quotes with strong margins.
