• Experience in administrative or logistics support roles.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage documentation for incoming and outgoing freight shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and agents to confirm shipment details, schedules, and tracking information.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data entry in the logistics system.
• Assist with customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding shipment status.
