• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership/executive role.
• Strong multi-department hospitality experience.
• Experience with luxury, boutique or premium hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall performance and guest experience across multiple divisions.
• Develop and implement SOPs and operational efficiencies.
• Drive revenue, budgets, costs and profitability.
